Refund & Returns Policy


 

Our policy is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 60 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be unused
  • Product is not custom
  • Item was not received
  • Order Cancellation

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Defective Product

If an item is received and is defective, for example manufacture defect or error (not user error or misuse) a full refund can be issued. Evidence of the defect will be required before a refund can be issued and in some cases or for some items, they may be required to be returned for inspection prior to a refund being issued.

Unused Item

Items or products purchased can be returned or exchanged if unused. If you have an item you wish to return for refund or exchange contact us via the details below. Returned or exchanged items will need to be shipped as listed below and will incur restock fee, or extra shipping charges for exchanged products to be sent out.

Custom Items

Any custom or user customized items are excluded from returns or exchanges. Custom items are eligible for refund if the item is received defective as noted above, or not received.

Item Not Received

If an order and or item is not received a refund can be issued. Orders will only be refunded after an adequate amount of time has passed, for example, delivery estimated time frame plus acceptable delays and post investigation time. Refunds will not be issued for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, this also includes attempted and failed deliveries or non collection. 

Cancel Order

Orders can be cancelled and refunded. If you require your order to be cancelled and refunded we required contact within 48 hours of the order being placed, after this time orders may already be processed and shipped and therefore can't be cancelled.

 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: Address Specified on Contact. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Processing time for refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on payment method used, card provider or Banks.
