Please read the terms and conditions, use of, submissions to the site and placing an order will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions.
1.1 Placing an order you accept and acknowledge the following.
1.2 Items produced & sold by Ko Custom Creations are Made to Order in Australia
* some items are exempt and may be stocked
1.3 Orders are processed 9am - 5 pm AEST Monday - Friday (Excluding Public Holidays & Weekends) any orders placed after this time will be processed from the following business day.
1.4 When an order is placed it will be processed and manufactured if required, packed, assigned shipment and then dispatched or made available for local pick up.
1.5 All orders are invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD) on site prices may be shown in other currencies. Cost will be calculated at current currency exchange rate. * Any Estimated prices shown are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations.
2.1 Delivery service and tracking updates will be handled by a 3rd party ie; Australia Post, DHL depending on your ("buyers") selection.
2.2 KO Custom Creations ("Seller") does not directly handle delivery, tracking or guarantee the estimated time frames provided by the carriers.
2.3 In some cases international delivery may be passed onto a local carrier to handle in the destination country.
2.4 We ("Seller") do not reimburse you ("buyer") in the event of delayed delivery as this is out of our hands and handled by the carriers, we will however do our best to provide the most accurate and up to date shipping time estimates from information provided to us by the 3rd party delivery services.
2.5 If the delivery service you ("buyer") choose provides track updates while in transit, we ("seller") will forward this info to the email address you provided on ordering as well as attach any tracking Id's to your order which can be viewed on your order status page if you have an account on this site.
2.6 It is the buyers responsibility to accept, collect or sign for the package if that is what your local post service requires to complete delivery.
2.7 International import is your responsibility and complying with local laws or customs fees to receive products or services is to be handled by the ("buyer") importer.
3. PROVIDED INFORMATION
3.1 You ("buyer") acknowledge that you will provide KO Custom Creations ("seller") with correct information, this includes all information passed to us ie; payment details, billing and shipping addresses, contact info etc.
3.2 If any information is incorrectly provided this could result in orders not being processed, dispatched, received or could be cancelled at our discretion.
3.3 We ("seller") do not take responsibility for failed delivery attempts due to you ("buyer") providing incorrect information, On the chance failed deliveries are returned to us the option to resend will be offered if correct information is provided. Items needing to be re-shipped due to this will incur further delivery costs.
3.4 If the information provided is on behalf of someone else in the cases of ordering on their behalf, sending a gift etc it is still the ("buyers") responsibility to ensure all information put forward is valid and correct.
3.5 Orders or items not received due to incorrect or invalid information submitted by you ("buyer") will not be reimbursed.
4. SUBMISSIONS TO THE SITE
4.1 You ("buyer") may submit images, text, designs or other content to the website for the purpose of custom orders. In doing so you give KO Custom Creations Permission to process any uploaded content for the purpose of your order.
4.2 You agree that by submitting images you have permission to do so and accept any and all responsibility.
4.3 Submissions may be rejected if they're seen to depict hate, violence, discrimination.
4.4 When an order has been processed that contains a submission, the custom or personalised product can not be returned or exchanged.
5.1 An order can be cancelled if contact and a notice of cancelation is sent within 24 hours of ordering, after this time the order will continue with being processed.
5.2 A cancellation notice can be sent to the reply email on the order invoice or via the contact us page, please ensure your notice includes your order number, if it does not this will not be a valid cancel request and does not count as within 24 hours if any subsequent requests are sent after the 24 hour grace period.
6.1 If an order is to be refunded it will be sent back to the original payment method used. In the situation where funds can not be returned to the original payment method a store credit will be given.
6.2 Any refunds are subject to payment provider processing times.
7.1 To help work out issues we may request further information and proof in the form of images etc. If requested information is not provided this could limit our ability to help or provide you with a resolve.
7.2 If an order is defective or is received damaged we will work to resolve said issue and if the case permits a resend or refund may be offered.
7.3 Some items require the end user to follow install guides to correctly use or fit an item, returns will not be accepted if the issue or defect is caused by miss-use. No reimbursement will be offered either for damage caused by user fault from incorrect use or handling.
7.4 If an order is undelivered or goes missing in transit we will work to get this resolved and if needed it will be re-processed and re-shipped.
