Delivery Updates
We are keeping the transit times as up to date and accurate as possible and getting all orderes processed
and collected by the postal carrier asap however in some cases it may be delayed due to postage disruptions or collection delays.
We aim to get all orders processed and shipped in 2-5 business days, during busy periods this can take a few more days,
also with the nature of customized items this can also take a few additionla days in some cases.

Changes to United States Tariffs & Postage Delays
With the recent removal of the 800$ [de minimis value] all mail or packages no matter the value going into the United States will be subject to new tariffs. We are in Australia,
and we make all our skins, decals, stickers etc so they should only see tariffs of around 10-15%. As new postage rules to accommodate it has not been fully set up
or confirmed with U.S customs or how it will be handled going forward most postal services have put a temporary pause on mail & packages going to the U.S till systems are in place to handle the
global traiff changes the U.S has now put in place, this means any orders placed or sent from around August 20 onwards will see delays. Currently the post services are looking to have
things set up in the next week or 2 so mail in transit will be delayed as well as packages currently being processed, awaiting shipment or placed after this date.
Will i have to pay additional fees to receive my order? - With how the new tariffs work the additional 10-15% charge for mail from Australia to be received in the U.S will be part of the item cost,
we will absorb the cost for now & remit during postage process to see mail enters the U.S with no delays or customs holds, so you should not have to pay USPS any fees to receive your package on arrival
into the U.S. Unfortunatly after some time it may see us increasing our prices due to the newly imposed tariffs increasing postage cost for items sent to the U.S
We will do our best to keep customers from the U.S updated here or on our socials. Understandably it is fustrating but something out of our control and will be

Estimated shipping transit times are from dispatch date when it leaves KO Custom Creations and does not include order processing time. The Shipping transit times are an estimate from the shipping providers & not guaranteed, we will do our best to keep them up to date and as accurate as possible however delays can occur which is out of our control. Intl Standard & Economy services are provided by Aus Post however in the destination country will be handled by the local postage carrier ie USPS in the U.S etc. Any Local post service disruptions or customs delays could affect transit time.
For smaller packages ie. controller & phone skins regular mail is used over intl standard, this is to save on packages being subject to local eu import costs and customs delays intl standard can sometimes be affected by to eu nations. All larger packages are sent via intl standard [or anything intl express if chosen] can be delayed or be subject to local import costs and fees.
Regular Mail is estimated at 15 - 25 business days & track updates are not provided.
Intl Standard is estimated at 10 - 20 business days but can see substantial customs delays or require local import fees to be paid to your local post services prior to receiving.
Free Shipping is included storewide!

Yes orders can be tracked, on being dispatched a tracking number will be assigned to your package and sent to the email linked to your order, after being shipped you will also be able to find the tracking number on your account page listed with your order info.
Intl Economy does not provide a tracking number or further updates after being marked as shipped.
Intl Standard tracking numbers can also be checked on your local post service site once in the destination country and may provide more detailed tracking updates.
Due to how most items are packed and the small size/values most places do no seem to incur any extra fees when orders are received in destination country / territory / state. However this is not something we can guarantee, and it is always best to check your with your local import, customs and tax limits. If any fees are required by local customs to release the items or allow delivery this will be the receivers responsibility.
