When should I expect to receive my items?

Delivery in Australia:

Parcel Post | 3-5 Business Days *¹

Express Post | Next to 2 business days *¹

International Delivery:

International Economy | 10-20 Business days*²

International Standard | 6-12 Business days*²

International Express | 4-6 Business days *²

* Time frames are from item being marked as shipped and are estimates only and not guaranteed by us or Australia Post. Excludes order processing and fulfillment time. Time frames are subject to change during busy periods or if post services are facing disruptions.
usual processing time is 2-5 business days but is subject to change during busy periods.
¹ Metro areas, outer suburbs and regional may take longer.
² Average international times, some locations may face longer customs processing times.

 

My invoice order total is different to charged amount

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Prices on the site and in order invoices can be show in other currencies dependent on buyer location to reflect local cost (USD, GPB, EUR etc.)

i.e : Order total 20 USD = 29.21 AUD*

*Currency exchange rates are updated hourly

 

My order still says awaiting fulfillment why

This is the processing and manufacture stage, as most items are made to order or custom it can take 2-4 (3-5 Peak times) business days to make prior to shipping, orders placed outside of 9-5 AEDT Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day

 

How do i apply my skins?

The skins are air escape and easy to apply, for any difficulties see our Installation Tips

 

Do you do custom artwork ?

Yes, if you need something designing for your custom item we can help

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept Card (visa, mastercard, amex) & paypal

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Any changes or cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

I want a refund

If there is a valid reason for a refund we are happy to help:

Damaged in transit 

production problem (quality control issue)

We Can NOT refund for:

changing your mind 

customer damage ie, incorrect install (skins, decals), incorrect after care(mugs apparel etc) opening package damage

Custom orders (one offs) 

 

What are the Skins made of and will they damage my device?

All are skins are made from metascape vinyl (automotive grade signage)

Its initial low tack, pressure sensitive air channel adhesive ,medium/strong tack and low residue 

its main use is for vehicle wraps and can be removed years later with no adverse affects to the surfaces 

Once applied the adhesive will not damage any surfaces and has been tested on multiple devices including the nintendo switch 

 

Is the item i want in stock?

All items we make are made to order, with the most popular items having a slight stock buffer

On average to manufacture an item takes 2-4 Business days during peak seasons this can increase to 3-5 Business days

Custom items can take longer - but you will be advised if so

 

Item Colour is slightly different that shown

All product images are a digital representation of actual product, images are made to reflect items as close as possible, however due to varying screen contrast or brightness etc we can not guarantee the image will be show exactly as actual product on all displays
